The agreement
Use of ThinkPair is governed by the master services agreement signed with your organization. This page summarizes that relationship in plain language; the signed agreement controls.
Use of the service
Access is provided to named users within your organization for the purpose of assessing, personalizing, reinforcing, and measuring learning. Accounts may not be shared outside their assigned user.
Content & intellectual property
Company-specific content produced for you is yours to use within your organization. The ThinkPair platform, methodology, and underlying software remain the property of ThinkPair.
Data processing
Personal data is processed under the data-processing agreement and in line with GDPR / KVKK. All AI-generated content is expert-reviewed, sourced, and dated before publication.
Availability & changes
We aim for reliable availability and will give reasonable notice of material changes to the service. Specific service levels are set in your agreement.
