What we process
To personalize and measure learning, ThinkPair processes account details, learning activity, assessment responses, and the corporate documents you choose to provide. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
Data is used only to personalize the learning experience and to measure learning impact. It is not used for any purpose outside the scope agreed in your contract.
Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK)
Processing is carried out in line with GDPR and KVKK, on the legal bases set out in the data-processing agreement that accompanies your contract.
Retention & access
Retention periods, storage location, and access controls are defined explicitly in the contract. Data is deleted or returned on the terms agreed there.
Your rights
Individuals may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection as provided under GDPR / KVKK. Requests are handled through your organization’s administrator.
